I am a qualified counsellor with seven years’ experience, offering compassionate support to individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

I have experience in helping clients who present with the characteristics of stress, anxiety, depression often caused by trauma and abuse. motivation, low self-esteem, low self confidence and relationship issues. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
